Our Team

Michael Barry - Founder and Chief Strategist

Michael has been leading people for over 30 years and is passionate about helping people and organizations reveal the best of themselves.

Married to his wife, Jenna for 25 years, they have six children. He served for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, deploying numerous times including combat in Iraq. As a director at a Catholic non-profit camp for nearly a decade, he led his staff and missionaries, encountering scenarios which differed greatly from his time in the Corps. Through this, he has developed a blend of leadership skills and knowledge which gives him unique and interesting perspectives.

Michael is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He also holds a Master of Theology from Saint Leo University.

Michael loves reading, grilling steaks and spending time with his family. He firmly believes that people are inherently good. Also, he has never lost a three-legged race.

Joshua Barry - Business Operations Manager

Josh is known by his friends and coworkers alike as a "Josh of all Trades." He is driven by creativity, efficiency, and a desire to support others in the pursuit of their passions. His diverse background spans from touring as a musician, and day-trading, to marketing and video strategies for multiple successful start-ups, as well as his own entrepreneurial endeavors. Josh's experience working with both large and small companies, across a variety of industries, has equipped him with a keen understanding of a multitude of business needs.

Beyond his professional life, Josh is a dedicated hobbyist, constantly finding new mediums of creative expression. He enjoys perfecting the art of smoked meats, painting, restoring his vintage Bronco and working on home renovations with his wife, Sidney.

From Josh's past work endeavors to his hobbies, his diverse range of interests reflects his commitment to lifelong learning and his ability to tackle any challenge with enthusiasm and a healthy dose of elbow-grease.
