Our LEADERSHIP

Michael Barry Founder and Chief Strategist

Michael has been leading people for over 30 years and is passionate about helping people and organizations reveal the best of themselves.

Married to his wife, Jenna for 25 years, they have six children. He served for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, deploying numerous times including combat in Iraq. As a director at a Catholic non-profit camp for nearly a decade, he led his staff and missionaries, encountering scenarios which differed greatly from his time in the Corps. Through this, he has developed a blend of leadership skills and knowledge which gives him unique and interesting perspectives.

Michael is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He also holds a Master of Theology from Saint Leo University.

Michael loves reading and cooking steaks on the grill. He holds a black belt in kickboxing yet thinks most songs by Glee are better than the originals. Michael firmly believes that people are inherently good and that time spent watching any movie is never a waste. Also, he has never lost a three-legged race.
